Durban's Stuart Freedman recalls a visit to one of the world's more remote destinations, the Pitcairn Islands, where British navy mutineers sought shelter.
# The history of Pitcairn's government and laws is now up in the Pitcairn Islands Study Center's web site (Go to 'Pitcairn' and click on 'History of Government and Laws'). It is a history done by someone who helped frame Pitcairn's laws and covers from 1791 to 1971.
