# An update on Darralyn:
Thanks to All for your concern,
Darralyn continues to do well. We hope that the doctors in New Zealand will have the skills necessary to restore as much function to her arm as is humanly possible.
There likely will be a permanent deficit, Darralyn is under no illusion about this .
Knowing Darralyn, she will not allow that to prevent her from doing everything to her greatest potential. She has a very good head on her shoulders and that will prove to be a blessing in her recovery.
Thanks for all that everyone is doing for Darralyn.
