# Convicted Pitcairn Islanders remain free.

Six Pitcairn island men convicted of sex crimes will remain free despite their jail sentences being confirmed.
The Pitcairn Supreme Court suspended the men's sentences pending an appeal to Britain's Privy Council, which is not likely to begin until next year.

# Pitcairn sex convictions stand, court rules.

The Pitcairn Supreme Court, sitting in Auckland, has rejected a bid from six islanders to have their convictions for sex offences against girls over-turned.

# Pitcairn sex case appeal thrown out.

Six Pitcairn Island men today lost in their bid to have their trial aborted and sex charges thrown out.
