# I emailed Mark Butterline, the author of the document I wrote about before. I gave some background information about my grandparents and the parcel clipping. He replied letting me know that the parcel clipping was part of his Pitcairn exhibition at a major stamp show in Toronto last month. The judge was particularly impressed with the parcel clipping and the exhibit won a national gold. Apparently the same exhibit is being shown at the 2006 World Philatelic Exhibition currently on in Washington.
# A message on the Friends Of Pitcairn mailing list pointed to this great document showing stamps and postcards related to Pitcairn. What amazed me was the parcel clipping included the document (Screenshot here). It's addressed to my grandparents and is from my Great Grandfather Roy Clark. It's amazing and a great surprise to come across something related to my family while looking for Pitcairn information.
