# Bounty Day is fast approaching! The date for Bounty Day in Wellington, New Zealand, is Sunday 18th January 2009. It's starting a little later this time, beginning from 1pm. It's held at the Darts Club Hall in Kenepuru, Drive, Porirua, Wellington. The cost is $10 per head and children under 12 are free.
This is a chance for Pitcairn and Bounty descendants to get together and have a good time. For an idea of what goes on you can read my comments on the 2008 and 2006 Bounty days.
Two flyers are available with information. Print these out and pass them on, or email them to all those you think will be interested. The first has all the time, location and contact information details. The second has the words for the songs that are sung while the Bounty is burning.
